    The interview process was very straight forward and well organized!

    First you receive a link to complete an assessment and personality quiz to ensure you are a good fit for the role and culture in the company. After about 4 days or so, I received a request for a phone interview with the recruiter.

    The phone interview with the recruiter is standard, if they think you are a good fit for the role, they will send you to have a phone interview with a manager, I met the with the Head of Customer Success. If you pass this, you will continue onto the in-person or virtual interview (COVID-19). I did the virtual given the pandemic.

    I met with 4 people, one Senior CSM, My Manager (I wasn't aware this was my manager at the time), the VP of Success and the other Head of Customer Success. Interviews were conversational, and very much prove your skills are a good fit without selling yourself. They dive deep into your experience to understand the root of your skill set. Be honest, transparent and upfront. This is all to make sure you are a fit for the role!

    I saw the job on LinkedIn and applied on August 5, 2020. Elona (Talent Acquisition Manager) reached out to me on August 6th via email, asking to schedule a 15-30 interview with her. We spoke on August 10th and it was determined that I would be moving to the next step which was a CCAT assessment (Cognitive Assessment and also a Personality Assessment). I had replied that I had just taken these for another opportunity last week and apparently you have the option to take it again or use your prior (yes or no) result. I then had 5 more interviews via Zoom (all virtual) and they reached out to me maybe 24 hrs later to give me a verbal offer on the role, with a written offer in my inbox 2 hours later. My experience was easy, quick and painless - thanks to Elona! If only candidates were able to pick their recruiters, right?

    After the initial recruiter call, you are told you have to take the CCAT (cognitive ability test) proctored over Zoom, so you are being recorded to see how well you handle stress (it's a timed test) and to ensure you don't cheat. Apparently, you can't continue on to interview with the hiring manager unless you do well on the test, which is what I *assume* happens as the recruiter ghosted. No follow-up, no results, no further interviews, no offer. Very lazy and unprofessional. I would not want to work for a company that handles their candidates in this manner.

    • CCAT is very challenging, with mathematical, analytic, spatial, and verbal questions. You have 15 minutes to answer 50 questions. Then there is a personality test after that. I found the whole thing incredibly demeaning as I already have an established, director-level career.   Frage beantworten

    I applied for a Sales Enablement Manager via their careers page and received an email from a recruiter the next day.
    We set up a phone screen for the following week and it was confirmed via email.
    The recruiter never showed up for our confirmed phone screen time. After 15 minutes past, I emailed her saying I could no longer give her my time due to conflicts today but would be happy to reschedule for a day the following week. I sent her my availability in this email as well.
    A few minutes later she replied back and said she is in a meeting running way over and apologized, that she would still love to talk with me if I was available.
    I wrote back and said I would still be open to speaking with her and to pick a time based on my availability that I provided in my first email.
    3 business days have passed and I have not heard from her.
    What a terrible experience and example of how they treat candidates.

We had two 30 minute interviews, and one mock call and demo. From there you were invited back the next day for one last 30 minute interview.

    I was contacted in about 2 weeks after applying on LinkedIn. I took the CCAT exam, and in about 2 days I got a call for scheduling a first round interview over zoom. Quickly got that scheduled, did the interview, and got a second call to do an interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter told me that they would like to set me up for a third round. After about one and half weeks of waiting, and not getting to do the third round, I got an email saying that the position was filled.

    The Talent Manager Elona in San Jose reached out to me via LinkedIn for a Marketing management position. She seemed persistent and even though I am happy in my current position, I decided to take the call.

    She was professional, excited to work at Wrike, she was thorough with her questions and it did not feel like an interview. Their hiring process requires an assessment but she had taken it herself and she was able to share valuable insights. I left the call excited about the company's direction and the exciting initiatives that are happening there. I informed her that I will consider Wrike in the near future and since then, she has reached out a few times to check in and also network. I am impressed and would definitely work here.

    I will never ever waste another minute w/ this company's recruiters!!! They come on really strong and ghost you.
    First time I was contacted by the company recruiter last fall. Despite my writing back to him and following up w/ him, I did not hear back. Second time, in February, I even ended up wasting my time taking their stupid test. Duh!!! Look at my resume and you should be able to guess my IQ. Anyways, then I had this phone screening w/ the recruiter. She was selling the company really hard. Talking about how great this and that is, how excited the hiring manager is about talking to me. She kept talking, talking w/out any substance. She told me she would set a meeting w/ the hiring manager and asked for my writing samples. Before she hung up, she asked me about my salary expectations. So, I asked her what their budget was, and she told me that they didn't have a budget. Com'on!!! What kind of a lie is that? Whenever reqs. are created, there are budgets allocated to them. Don't undermine my intelligence by telling me such stupid lies!!! I told her that I expected a salary which was in line w/ my experience and background. And then, she told me their budget. Hello??? Did you forget that you just told me that you did not have a budget 20 seconds ago. I really hate dealing w/ this type of unethical and stupid people. And guess what??? I sent my writing samples and follow up email. And I have been completely ghosted by her. Seriously, where do you find such low quality, low performing, inept recruiters? That reflects horribly on your company. Now, I think probably the other people working at this company are alike, and would not want to work in a place like this. I wrote off this company for forever.
