    The hiring process was super simply. I applied through LinkedIn, then got an email from a recruiter to organise a phone interview. The phone interview was for around 15 minutes and we discussed my experience and understanding of both logistics and software. We discussed my desired roll and aspirations. It ended with the recruiter sending through a personality and mental aptitude test. I ended up being considered for a product role so I didn't complete the developer test.
    I was then contacted regarding a face to face interview, this was a really good interview where I met one of the product managers I would be working with. After that interview the process slowesd because of holidays and a few other hold ups. I then went back in to meet with the Dev lead and we discussed their projects and issues they faced and how they could be addressed.
    After the interview the recruiter said both interviews went really well and apologised for the length of the process (it only lasted a total of three weeks). The next day I got a call saying they were offering me a position and the next available start date.

    1. Phone call from Talent team. I was told that my experiences and knowledge were a fit for the role. I was told that I would be progressed to the next stage.
    2. I was asked to perform a Psych test and I was provided only 24 hours notice - cognitive and personality. I completed this.

    I phoned up a few days later to determine if I was progressing to the next phase. I was told they were waiting for some other candidates to complete the psych test. Following this, I was informed other candidates had greater experiences than myself and they were going to interview them. I asked how I did on the psych test - cognitive was above average and personality was "average". The job was then advertised again a few days later.

    My constructive feedback to the company - I am sure I failed the personality test as I did not fit the mold - this is understandable, yet I am under the impression that there was no honesty in the feedback provided, seeing as I had the experiences in the beginning yet post psych test, I was told that other candidates had more experience and the role was re advertised a few days later. It is probably best to be honest with candidates and inform them on the reason as to why they cannot progress. Most people would be happy to attain the appropriate feedback, if positioned in a positive manner. I for one, would have preferred this.

    - Online IQ test: less than 1hr including practise test; stressful because of limited time but no need to prepare
    - Coding tasks on premises (~6 hours): testing for coding style and organisation, algorithms
    - Technical interview: focusing of past experience and cultural fit.

    The requirement team is friendly and responsive like the rest of the company and the process was fast and fluent. they called me one day and invited me for an on-site interview on the next day and I accepted. So there was no preparation time but the interview was just 3 programming tasks. I was sitting alone in a meeting room and answering those questions and no one was interrupting. the first question was not timed but the other 2 had 45 minutes time limit.

    The interview process took around one week. The interviews were relaxed and genuine, allowing me properly get to know the company, my future team and role and vice versa.

    They call me straight away without email. Called me in for one interview only even was told that there will be another round. He checked my references and verbally give me the offer and promised to give me the contract. A week later, nothing happened. Emailed him and was told that they changed the mind and will start to hire new people. Super unprofessional. Recruiter doesn’t know how to treat people.
