Applied online with some lengthy questions. Got the email from HR and set up for a phone interview. I applied for the data analyst position and was shocked when being asked a bunch of behavioral questions. Seems like they're looking for a "talker" instead of a "thinker". Very disappointed and did not see how those questions would help them select a good data analyst. I asked to interview when I would hear back from them and she said in the end of that week and I never heard back from them though. Anyway I don't think it's a good fit for me. The interviewer was pretty cold and cut me off when I was talking also.

I arrived 15 min early to fill out a paper application which included a few references and previous positions. I interviewed with one hiring manager which was set up by Vaco Recruiting Agency. Vaco was extremely helpful with interview prep questions. Vaco is located in the Tampa Bay area. I was interviewed in an conference room setting one on one; more than half the 20min interview was reviewing skills from my resume. Also elaborating on job duties and experiences. When the interview concluded I was offered the position.

Relatively quick with two people and I was offered a position the same day through recruiter. The interviewers were not as prepared as I was for the interview. One aggressive interviewer in the meeting.

I had an intrview with Sr. Dev and a Manager. they said they like me and wanted me to come for an interview with the VP. I met with the VP for like 5 minute. she said will call you. I got a call 3 months later. She hired two other people that kept leaving after couple weeks, then she called me.

The interview process was Normal the people I met with were nice. The asked about my experience. Where I see myself in 5 years. Asked about my other test positions. The team leads did not ask much about technical skills.
