Vorstellungsgespräch

It was just like everyone is telling me here. I applied for the position at the evening and on the next day I got an email inviting me to a Skype interview. This was actually nice at the beginning, the manager was friendly, asked a bit about my expertise and my career and then introduced the company and told a bit about the position. After this she started asking some random questions, like "do you live to work ou do you work to live?". At the end of the conversation she told me I would be a good fit for the company and gave me the famous "task", which I believe saved the afternoon of one employee since I did all the job for them. When I sent the "task" back, another manager contacted me to schedule a Skype interview. He told me in 5 minutes that I did a good job and was qualified for the job and in the rest of the conversation was ONLY totally random questions. I highly doubt they had any psychological background to gather any information. I was contacted by the first manager again to schedule a personal interview. There is where everything became strange. I talked to over 8 employees and ALL of them asked me every time the same things, like if I cry when stressed or what do I do when frustrated. NONE of them asked me anything about my qualifications, it seemed like they just wanted to see if I was willing to be exploited. When they asked me what is the thing I expect the most of my employer I told them "honesty", I immediately saw that at that point I was ruled out as a candidate just by the look they gave me. Well, in the end even though they say speed is their credo, I had to send an email asking for feedback, which was a negative, but at that point I was happy about it.
