It took around 45 days for the entire process, the first phase is to write an online test which consists of aptitude, English vocab, reasoning and coding round. I got a confirmation that I cleared the test after around 15 days. After that, there was a technical round where each and every concept was covered from design pattern to sql queries. The next was an managerial round where both technical and project related stuff was asked.

i went for interview. asked regarding java and selenium.. i answered all the questions and except 2.. i.e, about ant.xml and build.xml.. interview done in 10 min and he said that to wait..

HR simply said you're not selected.. i asked why then he said that looking for lead position.

you're good in technical but need more communication. how people decide communication in technical interview ? i don't know..

HR would call and ask if you interested. Then would ask your Current CTC and Expected CTC. You will set your expectations after negotiations.
First Technical Telephonic Round: The person would ask each and every aspect of .NET Core and Latest Angular. You would clear the round.
Now, since 1st round is cleared, again HR would try to negotiate with you on expected CTC part. You would set the expectations again.
Later HR would discuss and after that they would try to offer you 5-6lacs Rupees less than your expected CTC. And it was because they have cap for 7yrs experience candidates.
My question is if you don't have budget why to interview the person at very first place. I asked them about the CTC thing at the start itself, if they are ready to pay the expected amount, if not then why take interview and waste my time as Current CTC and Expected CTC are the very first things you enquire before shortlisting for the interviews. My experience was bad and they don't have any shame in doing so.

I applied online for this interview as i was a fresher graduate.
1st round:- AN ONLINE APTITUDE TEST - not so easy not so hard.But cracked it.
2nd round:- MACHINE TEST:-has both aptitude and coding.Pretty much easy coding question.
3rd round:-GROUP DISCUSSION:-every group has 10-12 people.Unlike other company's GD it has been quite decent. People who are arrogant or shouting are rejected.
4th round:-TECHNICAL LEVEL-1:-asked good number of questions in DATA STRUCTURES and JAVA and also some PUZZLES and also about projects in our curriculum.There is only 1 panel member interviewing.
5th round:-TECHNICAL LEVEL-2:-In this round, there are 3-4 project heads and managers interviewing.They asked advanced level questions in java and are more inclined towards people with projects from machine learning ,blockchain,.etc.
6th round:-HR:-HR are friendly people and looked for a positive candidate who can be patient and energetic. They focused more on good attitude rather than great communication skills.
