I had phone interview, that was very get to know you. They did not ask any questions out of the ordinary, but wanted you to make sure that you knew about the company and the job you were applying for.

Long and tedious with multiple rounds of interviews that encompassed many of the same type of questions. Did allow to meet with people across multiple divisions of the firm. There were tests on excel and word that seemed pointless and were confusing to work through. Overall was positive during the time actually talking with people at the company as they were responsive to your questions and concerns.

Applied online. An HR phone screening followed by a recruiting manager interview. When I learned about the company culture, I knew I wouldn't be happy there so I lost interest and didn't try too hard at the interview. Then I got rejected.

Very intense interview, with a lot of the same questions worded differently. It almost felt like an interrogation rather then employment interview. Make sure you are prepared to answer plenty of questions about your previous employment.

Had to complete a few tests online and again in person. Tests were basic math and grammar based and timed. I didn't complete the tests, so that might have been my problem.

Process begins with online submission, many reviews before being accepted online. Rejections are more frequent. Applied several times for various positions. Rejections are not specific. Unknown reasons for rejection even when all qualifications were met based on job offering. Even recruiter was confused about the rejections.

Interviewed with HR first, usual questions, they couldn't answer my questions since they knew just a little bit than I did about the job. The person was basically asking me questions from a script.

Take a short assessment on number counting, followed by a series of interviews from buying managers throughout Uline. Went into depth on expectations of job described as well as past resume jobs.

I applied late 2020 and got a call the next day from the recruiter. She asked about my experience, just behavioral stuff nothing hard, the only code thing I was asked was name the 4 pillars of OOP. I got scheduled with 3 juniors next, 2 devs and 1 QA. They asked about my experience and asked questions from my resume. Nothing hard just dont be weird. Everyone at this stage was at Uline for less than 2 years. They asked a bit about testing and about my projects. Final interview was onsite that had 2 interviews, one with 2 devs and the other with the tech director. More of the same, pick 1 project and speak about it. The devs will ask you a bit more detailed questions about implementation but nothing crazy. Overall not a single line of code was written. Throughout the process you take tests about meyers briggs personality, excel, word and access proficiency. At the onsite you take 2 wonderlic exams. 1 number series and one pattern matching numbers.

It started with a phone call to set up a time to speak with someone in human resources. After that, they set up a Skype call with a sales manager. The people that I spoke with were Very nice. I Felt very comfortable and at ease. The overall experience was great!
