Ich habe mich auf Empfehlung eines Mitarbeiters beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 3 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Dezember 2019 bei Twilio (San Francisco, CA (Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)).

Vorstellungsgespräch

The interview process was through a referral and I was connected very quickly with the hiring manager. There were 3 phone screens and then an in person on-site with the team and some crossfunctional teams. A huge element of the evaluation was the culture fit, so it was great I brushed up on the Twilio Values 'Magic' before hand.

    2 months 7 interview and at the end you even don't have proffesional feedback from talent partner girl from munich office. I was not expecting to see that kind of amateur talent partner, definitely she doesn't deserve her title. Because she doesn't back to you, you have to always ask for many times for arranging something.

    After i did 7 great interviews, that was funny they didn't handle how to hire during corona because they couldn't tell how they gonna hire me if we get aggrement. So they choose not to tell truth about that and told me apply for junior positon later on as i already passed 7 interviews for senior position:) so ridiciolus hiring progress they have.. definitely doesn't worth to do 7 interviews for such an amateur team..

    I can suggest Twilio to have a look at those amateurs because they are really bad at hiring and seeming they don't know what they are doing for Berlin office solutions engineering position.. from director to talent partner nonsense people nonsense excuses instead of reality of corona they stopped hiring but making adversites everywhere and continue to stealing time of people
