Very relaxed and casual. We met at a Starbucks. We talked about metrics and times I had to have difficult conversations with my employees. Coaching and selling was a huge mention in this interview.

It was a very fast process. I applied and a few days later I was contacted via LinkedIn to come in for an interview. I met with someone from human resources.

The job description online does not reflect what the role actually is. They booked me for round 1 & 2 interviews all together which was fine with me, seems like they are looking to hire someone ASAP.

During round 1, the HR spent most of the time asking about how my current company make profit and it’s unique business model, then focusing on my experience. I barely got a chance to explain how my experience would be relevant to this role. I told her that I could not disclose confidential information from my current company when she asked how much my company make per year and per month. Seems like she was not satisfied with my reason of leaving the current role, her tone changed right after I explained my reasoning.

There are going to be 5 or 6 rounds of interviews and assessments before the offer, which is longer than many other interviews I’ve had. But it’s tolerable if both parties are serious about it.

Overall, the interview made me feel uncomfortable. The questions she was asking were irrelevant to who I am and what I am capable of doing. It made me feel like she came on this call with decision in mind already.

I received the rejection letter and the cancellation of the second round interview two hours before the second call.

The most excessive interview process. I interviewed with 6 individuals over a span of 2.5 weeks, 30 mins each, all said “we think you’d be a great fit” just to be told a week later they chose someone on their own. Who puts someone through 6 interviews, wastes your time and their own time and then doesn’t hire you? Unheard of. Hands down the worst interview process I’ve ever experienced. Stop wasting people’s time.

Interviews went well with the various members of the team. The HR coordinator took weeks to respond about next steps. Following next steps 2 months later I heard back they went with an internal candiate.

The interview process is straightforward and intimate. It lasted about 10 minutes and the questions ranged from personal to company knowledge. There was not a second interview for my position.

Telephonic Interview and they asked me some basic questions. The Interview was not very long I think it was a 20 mins interview. The manager was specifically interested in knowing why I wanted to join them.
