Vorstellungsgespräch

It took 2 whole days to complete the process. There were 4 technical round n then one HR round. Got offer letter after one month from interviewed date. The interview process included 1. Aptitude test 2. 4 technical interviews based on skills(SQL,UNIX,PERL etc) 3, Panel interview 4, HR round.

The difficulty level was OK.
No proper arrangements to handle rush of people coming for interview.

    There will be a Written Test about English comprehension/grammer,
    and then there will be Technical interview(mine was on Java)
    next there was a GD (I dont remember topic),
    and finally HR interview.
    Overall Interview process was good.

    At first, the aptitude test took place.
    It's test is the most awesome test I've ever encountered till now.
    170 questions in 80 minutes
    It consists of approx 9-11 sections I guess and these 170 questions are divided into all these sections unevenly as per their requirement.
    3-4 or more sections are on English and vocabulary, grammar, etc.
    Other sections, DI, LR, Quant, and other regular aptitude topics. They've tried to cover almost all of the topics. Medium difficulty questions.
    Challenge is time. They want to observe our performance under pressure with that little time.
    I however had like 7mins spare at the end.
    They didn't level the minimum passing marks in each section to clear the test, but I suggest you not to solve less than 90% in each section. Possibly attempt 100%.
    Cause you need to clear a certain cutoff in each section. There's no point in clearing 5 section with 100% but leaving a section unattended or scoring less in that. So, overall skills needed.
    Also, in the last few sections, one or two, they have sort of IQ test questions which might burn more time. So, keep extra time for that.
    The request is declared immediately on screen after submitting the test.

    Then, after that, 10mins essay writing test is taken which is an elimination round (that I've observed). So give that test seriously.
    Simple test. Unless your grammar and spellings sucks.
    Evaluation of essays take considerable time. So we have to wait for some time.

    After clearing essay round, there's technical PI where basic questions about C, C++ and few other sorts of questions are asked. Also, questions about your project is asked. Prepare for that in advance and explain your role in that project thoroughly.

    Once you have cleared technical PI, you're almost selected. But the HR PI might be basic, but tricky.
    First I was asked about my hobbies, achievement, family, etc etc. English fluency is a key ingredient in all this. All this lasted a while. But shortly after that, we kinda had a debate. He was trying to oppose my views. Later I discovered that he was probably messing with me and judging me to see if I change my views according to his. I didn't. I got the job. ;-)

    As this was my first job interview, salary negotiation was not an option available to me. It was fixed to 3.25lacs per annum. Although for the first 6 months, it's 2.6lacs PA. And there's a bond for 2 years and bond amount is 1lacs.

    There were 3 rounds in total. A written aptitude test ,a technical and a HR interview. The aptitude test had 180 questions ,100 verbal and 80 quantitative questions. After the written test, the candidates were asked to write an essay on a given topic. The technical and HR interviews followed ,the whole process took place in a single day starting from 8 AM.The results were announced at the end of the day.

    Campus Recruitment - First an aptitude test was held. The questions are fairly easy. However, around 120 questions had to be answered in 60 mins. Hence, time management is the key. Next was the technical round. In the technical round, basic OOPS concepts were asked. Also, details of the final year project were asked. After technical an HR round was conducted. For freshers, this round is also important.

    The aptitude test was taken online which was of 90 minutes and 120 questions which consist of Aptitude ,English and reasoning.

    Second round was of Technical interview in which they asked about the basic C programming questions and some questions related to Operating Systems.

    we had one aptitude and english examination and the second round was technical and the third round was hr. the first round is easy if you are good at aptitude and in the second round they mostly saw what is your perspective to problem solving in life and whether you have good communication skills in english. if you clear first and second rounds it is very easy to get through the last round. Overall I can say the interview process is easy if you are good enough to clear the written test round
