I was interviewed over the phone by HR. The person that interviewed me came off extremely condescending. At several points in the interview, I was questioned about my skills in such a way that it seemed the interviewer didn't believe me.

Then came the behavioral questions. Apparently one of my answers was so unsatisfactory that the interviewer interrupted me to inform me that my answer wasn't correct, and that "for future reference and interviews" there was a correct answer. It's not like my answer was bad, and given that they're behavioral questions, there really isn't a correct answer.

It was a terrible interview, and it's fairly hard to describe without the context of tone and attitude, but even if they had followed up with another interview, I wouldn't have accepted.

Good interview process, laid back and not very stressful. More of a conversation between you and the manager/tech lead. Questions are directed more towards personality. Sure there are a few questions about technology but textbook type questions aren't asked - which is great.

The interview was very condescending and most of the people interviewing seemed like their minds were elsewhere. When I walked through the cube area, everyone looked frazzled and chaotic. Now that I read the negative reviews of other people, I'm so glad I never joined the place. My advise, I think there are lots of much nicer places to invest your career in.

You initially have a phone interview consisting of some REALLY basic network questions that any CCNAlmost could answer.

Once at their location you'll be seated into a room to be interviewed by three sets of different individuals. The strange part is they'll even have people who have only worked there for 2 months interviewing you and, once again, they ask questions that are absolutely insulting to an accomplished network engineer.

Finally, their pitch is each person there is expecting to get rich off this product and they have no other plans; thus, you must give all that you can and have to them for dismal pay.

Interview process was pretty typical of a small company. Interviews via phone, in person etc... with various different members of the technical staff, sales team and executives. Also met with the chairman of the board.
