Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 2 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im August 2018 bei Studio71 (Los Angeles, CA (Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)).

Vorstellungsgespräch

The interview process went really well over a few weeks - I had 2 conversations with the hiring manager and then came in to meet 3 other members of the team. After my onsite interviews, on a Friday, I was told everything went really well and I should expect an offer on Monday. I decided at that point to tell the interviewer and HR that I was pregnant. They both acted supportive - but then they never sent over an offer. Weeks after, they told me they “reopened” the interview process. And I found out later they hired a younger, less experienced, single man.

The whole thing left me furious and disgusted. Reading the reviews - it seems sexism is obvious and prevalent throughout the org - so I almost certainly dodged a bullet. Still - one day I hope someone sues them for illegal hiring practices.
