The interview process was great – I had one interview and had talked to Dave over the phone once prior to meeting. It was very casual and more of a chat than an interview. Dave was very friendly and made the process easy and straight forward.

Quick phone screen (less than 5 minutes) followed by a case study which you can complete at a time that's convenient to you. The test comprises of a quantitative task, a paid search marketing task, a data analysis and a marketing analysis task. The applicant has approximately 1 week to finish the project, but don't be fooled: this task might indeed take up a week's worth of your time off of work. I'd say after not even having gotten an acknowledgement email that they are reviewing my task, let alone a call, I'm ready to think this was just a way to get unpaid work done. Very unprofessional.

After sending in my CV, I was given 1 week to complete an analytical task. Once I sent it back I was called for an interview to discuss my work. I met with a senior staff member, he was a nice guy and overall I got a good impression of him and Segmatic. It was informal, I thought it was a good process, the questions were very job specific unlike some obscure competencey based questions which are very popular. I was dissapointed not to have been offered the job but I received feedback from Segmatic. The only negative is the task took me well over 40 hours to complete (and I was still unsuccesful!), I think they could shorten it slightly.

It was great. The process was informal but covered all of the necessary questions without being intimidating. It was an enjoyable experience overall. Everyone in the office seemed very welcoming.

The process took about 3 weeks and it consisted of 3 steps:
- 10 mins scoping call where they better explain the role and the recruiting process;
- Practical task. After the call, you are given a week to complete a practical task. Different skills required to be successful: from excel skills to marketing and business knowledge.
- 45 mins in-person interview where you are mainly asked to go through your task and motivate your choices. No pointless questions about how many tennis balls can fit in an airplane.

Phone screen, followed by a 3 part assignment.The assignment was given a deadline of a week. Report of analysis sent back and interview scheduled. Was clear at interview they had not read the report. Waste of time.

Applied Online, followed by phone call from Senior member of staff talking me through the job.
This was followed by a task to test my suitability for the job. Finally an interview with one of the Company Founders to talk through the task.
