The interview process was pretty straightforward and had 3 rounds. After a brief 30 minutes technical online test, I was called for a face to face interview. Both the interviews were technical with a few behavioral type questions like what you want to become in next years, why that didn't work out etc. Face to face, it was time for coding test in which I was asked to design and build a web based system. It had some specific requirement and constraints.

All In all they were interested in understanding how much of a 'System-design' mindset I have.

Had a complete smooth Interview flow, the HR team is really awesome- kept me with all timely followup.

1. Excellent initial interview with HR, he knew his stuff and was very professional.
2. Technical Phone Screen
3. 2 Rounds of Technical interview onsite

Met 4 members of the team. Each asked a few technical, more of theoretical or kind off mugged interview questions.

Some of the Hiring managers was greatly average and lacked, very limited questioning.

Interview process is really bad and very bad experience with the HR team, after 3-4 rounds of interviews HR never follows up.. HR should be more proactive and should learn from the mistakes.
I had 3 rounds and in most of the round they were looking for BOOKISH knowledge. instead of the practical.
