Vorstellungsgespräch

Interview process was long. First was a phone screen. Second was a 2 hour in person. Very unprofessional. The both people I met with were 25 minutes late. They also changed the interview time on me the morning of the interview while I was on the train. Third and final round was long and intense. They put you on the phones and have you lie and lead on candidates just for their managers names so they can get more business. They take you to lunch then you give a presentation. They were also late for that. While I was giving my presentation the VP was very rude and seems like she didn't have any interest in my presentation.

    Ich habe mich über einen Personalvermittler beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 2 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert bei SThree (San Francisco, CA (Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)).

    Overall I had a very positive interview experience! The first interview was a 30 minute phone screening with a talent acquisition manager. The next round was a two hour video interview with managers of the IT and pharmaceutical teams in San Francisco. It was a behavioral style interview where I was asked a lot of questions like "tell me about a time when...."
    I came to the SF office for the final interview with a sales director, Paul, and a account manager. It was laid back and very conversational. I got to know a lot more about the role and got to see the office (which is AMAZING). I also prepared a 5-10 minute powerpoint presentation for the final interview. The presentation is designed to tell the interviewers a little bit more about yourself personally and also to highlight your professional goals and elaborate on your interest in the staffing industry.
    After the final interview I was offered a full time position. Although I turned it down for a different opportunity, I thought the interview process was very good and I left with an extremely positive view of the company.

    - initial telephone conversation with Talent Acquisition - I was put forward by my Rec to Rec.
    - I then went in and was offered interviews with 4 of the SThree brands. I met with a minimum of 2 managers at each of the brands.
    - The managers led different teams, so they were assessing my suitability of working in their team.
