My first interview was in person, where I briefly got to introduce my current role and future interests in SEO. In addition to introducing myself, the Associate Director of the team told me more about the team, the position and what is expected of the position. A week later I was contacted for a second interview. I met with a former member of the Search team as well as the SEO Supervisor for the team. In addition to being asked about my previous experience and future interests, I was asked questions more specific to my SEO, technical, communications skills... etc. The next day I got an offer.

I applied online via LinkedIn. Was contacted by an HR Recruiter to schedule a brief phone interview a little over 3 weeks later. Scheduled in person interview 2 days afterwards. Final outcome of interview process was received about 2 days later.

Everyone I interacted with in the office was great. The interview consisted of general questions to get to know you and gauge your current knowledge, along with how you handle work situations, what interests you about this job, ect. The environment of the interview was very warm and welcoming. The interviewers were genuine in making sure I understood the role and it's expectations, while also making sure they understood my work style and expectations as well.

Very intense, 2 hours with 2 senior people and no break in between the interviews. Everyone at the company is very friendly though. Just be prepared to talk about what you want in a position and why you want to work there.

Interviewed over a year ago. Initial phone interview with recruiter was quite simple. He immediately invited me onsite to meet the hiring team. I enjoyed my conversations with the team. However, the Follow-Up with the recruiter was when things got uncomfortable and unprofessional. He followed up with me immediately, but didn't have any feedback to share, which was confusing. A few days later he texted me and the tone of the text was different from that of most recruiters I've interacted with in my career. Ultimately I didn't get the job, but the recruiter followed up with me again but never mentioned anything about the role or any other roles that may have been a fit. The continuous follow up became inappropriate. I really respect Omnicom, but that experience with this recruiter turned me off to pursuing future opportunities at Omnicom.

My friend had referred me for a position and HR contacted me the same day that she sent my resume. I had a quick chat with HR to discuss what I was looking for and he immediately wanted to schedule me for an interview with one of their teams. I met with the the team in person that same day. The interview was very casual with just a walk through of my resume and questions about my experience and what I was looking for in my next position.

The Interview process was prettystraight forward. Met with Director and a few members of the team. Everyone was real pleasant and helpful answering all my questions precisely. Director discussed all the essentials of the role and how to be successful at it.

Very straight forward; applied on LinkedIn & had a call back. One phone interview, three in-person. The process was overall pretty easy. I received an offer about two weeks later, but turned it down for another position. Would highly recommend it
