Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 3 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im April 2020 bei QUALCO (Athen (Griechenland)).

easy interview it has 3 steps. first fast calling with HR about my experience. Second steps is online interview with Leader and Head IT and they talk me about the role, technical questions and company benefits.
if you pass the next stage is online interview with HR and 2 directors.

Phone screening.
One interview with the head of the department and the second with the director.
The questions were quite easy and the hr representative with very good knowledge of their role in the entire process.
The final interview with the director shows me that requiring someone, not for his skills , but how can be good to follow management "orders" and not take any initiatives.

Short. Got called for a first interview with the Test Manager at Q. headquarters. After a week or so, a second interview with the Test Director followed. The interview questions where expected.
