Ich habe mich online beworben. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Januar 2014 bei PRODYNA (Belgrade (Serbia)).

I applied online in response to an ad late at night and next morning I got a call from them. They wanted to do an interview immediately, but it wasn't a good time for me, so we postponed it for the afternoon. The recruiter (Franziska, i think) has a beautiful and very cheerful voice. If I didn't make an ENORMOUS mistake at the first question, I am sure this interview would be very pleasant experience. The mistake I made was to mention that I am also interested in Project Management and Business Analysis, and would like to develop my career that way. Although software engineering includes those areas, this was coding monkey position and it was a deal breaker.
