My friend and I both interviewed for this role multiple months apart. On both occasions we took off from our current job to go in, and the person who we were supposed to be meeting didn’t show up. It felt disrespectful to our time (especially now that I can see it is a trend). I didn’t receive an offer but I wasn’t interested at that point anyway as it’s a red flag. It also felt like they were looking for one unicorn to fill a position that should really be covered by multiple people, and I anticipated it would be an unhappy work environment.

Applied online and the recruiters email responses were so slow it took two weeks before I was invited for a 2 hour in person interview with 3 people. Interview was well-thought out, but none of the people I interviewed with nor the recruiter every followed up or responded to my emails.

I would like to be cleared that I've interviewed twice of the same company in separate years. One in December 2017, where I had only passed through the phone interview. The other in August 2019, where I did got an offer for the role. The location of the job was in San Francisco, CA.

Now both interviews were well thought and relevant to the role I'm applying to (eg "Tell me a time where you manage multiple tasks in a short time?", "What skills do you bring that will help prepare you for this job?", etc.) Understandably, the first time I didn't proceed in the phone screening was the lack of experience I've previously had in media marketing. That was fine, and I am happy they were honest with me about that. Two years since then, I apply to the same opening position, but only this time I did gather experience in a marketing role from a different agency. This interview process felt more or less the same, with the in-person interview speaking to your team members and leader. I did fairly well and felt a connection with some of them.

The reason I denied their job offer is because not only is the salary payment is non-negotiable, it's FAR below the rate than the average job offer for the position. Keep in mind, this isn't a small start-up based media agency, this is an INTERNATIONAL media company. To offer this small amount of wage in a San Francisco based role (where high living cost is a norm), and attempt to amend this by offering "Overtime" (Which confirms a NEGATIVE work-life balance environment to an already poorly paid position) definitely reflects how the company truly invested in their workers: none at all.

Spoke with a recruiter first, whom reached out to me after I applied. She quickly got me in to do a round-robin style panel interview. I met with four people on the account and agency group at-large.

follow up with an onsite interview. meet with 5 account managers for 2.5 hours.
that's it, i dont have other words to say to reach 30 words minimum

I was contacted by HR to set up a Skype interview time and we agreed upon a set time and date. 15 minutes before our scheduled interview was supposed to start, I received an email that they need to reschedule for Friday. Unprofessional, but okay. Then I sent my availability for Friday and never received a response back. So I was never given the opportunity to interview and never heard back from HR.

It was quite straightforward. I had an interview with three different people, they explained very clearly what the job responsibilities were and asked questions to see if you would be able to apply yourself.
