It was a quick video interview where they asked STAR behavioral questions, had to walk them through your resume, and tell them about yourself. Questions were asked by two people it was about 5 questions and 30 minutes long

Had some wonderful conversations, but the entire process was drawn out. The timelines I was given throughout the process were not met, and anytime I followed up, I was met with no reply. Was given a phone call a month after the final interview to say I was not chosen, but that feedback was positive. Asked for clarification, and received nothing. Very frustrated. I understand delays but was met with a lack of transparency.

Very short and mostly just situational questions. They asked a lot of project collaboration and what it means to be a team player. Discussed a lot of topics of failure.

I applied online and was contacted via email for a phone screen. The phone screen didn't last long because I wasn't what they were looking for. The Recruiter was using the microwave the entire time though. Door open, chirps of buttons, microwave running, timer going off, microwave door opening. I know a lot of us are working remotely right now but it would be more professional to mute the phone if you're using the microwave, better yet, wait until you're off the call.

The interview process was swift. However, the company did ghost me about my results until I followed up with them first. The company rejected me through a generic email, which was upsetting because I accommodated their interview process throughout the week at unorthodox times. I also got to the final face to face interview, and it was a slap in my face to be rejected that way. I would have preferred a personalized email or phone call notification with feedback. I removed the company from places I would like to work. I would NEVER want to work for or learn from an HR department that treats candidates that way. Also, the final interview with the steering committee members was completely unorthodox and felt like an interrogation rather than an interview. Also, the interviewers weren't even aware of the companies that were listed on my resume. They laughed about that on the call as well as one of them Googled it.

A recruiter reached out to me via email and we set up an interview time. It was held over zoom, and two recruiters ask you a series of questions about yourself. I received an email two weeks later with their offer.

Great interview. Met with both managers. Talked to people from different plants. It was a good experience overall. No complaints. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have stopped doing the panel questions where you meet your competition.

I was contacted by the recruiter 1 month after I applied. I essentially gave them a summary of my background. When discussing salary, they were very secretive about the range budgeted and instead insisted I provide a number before they proceed. But other than that, the process moved relatively quickly from here and things seemed to be going well at first. Next, I had a phone interview with a panel of 3 personnel at the facility and apparently things well enough (or so I thought) that they invited me to do a 2 separate video interviews back to back (1 hour each). During the video interviews, I met with a total of 5 people. Things went south quickly at this stage. First, despite the fact that several times during the process it was explained the individual leaving the role would provide extensive training, one of the individuals who joined the video interview (who admitted they didn't even actually read the job description) proceeded to grill me with questions about experience that I clearly didn't have if they had read my resume (as if it were a deal breaker). Also, another one of the individuals could not have looked any more uninterested in what I had to say during the video interview (to the credit of the other 3 individuals on the 2 video interviews, they at least pretended to be professional). One individual informed me it was down to me and 1 other candidate and promised to have feedback the following Monday (the video interviews were on a Friday) while another individual said they would get back to me sometime next week. The week has since passed and it's been radio silence, so I can only assume they're ghosting me. Given my experience during the video interview, it seems increasingly clear I was strung along to ensure a "fair and equal process," and have a back up candidate. I do not mind being rejected for the job, but I'm very disappointed that the company would just leave me in a lurch and not even provide feedback, and also string me along when I wasn't even their first choice. It has really soured my view of Owens Corning and I do not see myself applying for another position with this company in the future, nor do I intend to refer people I know to work for Owens Corning.

It was really simple! They asked what my interests were as well as some scenario based questions. Instead of technical questions they asked more about my experience and how I would handle situations in the real life world.

Interview on campus. I met them in career fair on campus. There were three interviewee. I was called after two weeks when i got selected. Internship got canceled due to COVID-19. But they asked us to do leadership assessment and then job interview.
