I had one in person interview at the office with 3 people. They did ask me a lot of questions but they did a lot of talking between the 3 of them. I wasn’t sure if it was an interview for me or them. I haven’t heard a word from them since.

Application submitted and no reply either acknowledging receipt or advising if your not a good fit. Followed up and again no reply. Finally an interview was set up, however it was not with the hiring department. The interview was with an extremely unhappy woman who made it feel like her time was being wasted.

First I got the call from HR and I was asked some basic information. After that, I got a phone screen invitation to have the first interview with the Controller and Assistant Controller. After two days, I was invited to have a second interview with the Director of Finance and the Director of HR. The management team is awesome. Extremely comfortable to talk with. No hesitation to say that it was the best interview I ever had.

The process was pretty straightforward and simple. I had 2 interviews total. The first interview was with the department supervisors and it was very pleasant and comfortable. They called me back for a second interview shortly thereafter-which was with HR and someone from customer service.

The process was pretty straightforward, and consisted of two phone interviews. The first one was a screening with an HR manager, and the second one was a more in-depth interview with the regional sales center manager. Each interview ran for 30-45 minutes. In-person interviews are done if the candidate lives in the local area.
