HR interviewer was very kind and thorough. She also told me what I could excpect from the process, how long it would take, plus provided good history on the position itself.

I applied online. A couple of days later, HR called me and scheduled a video interview with Human Resources, followed by video interviews with four Senior Team members, including the supervisor, and a Webex meeting with the CEO.

Fairly easy, technical assessment was basic and easy for anyone to pass. Relevant to your job and the industry. Just know the most relevant trends knowledge and processes towards your specific job within the industry and you will be just okeydokey

Was contacted by the Membership Department leadership and had a casual conversation about the position. Was asked to come into office and conduct an interview. The interview lasted 2 hrs and I met with 5 different department heads/leaders in Marketing, Sales, HR, etc.

Everyone was very welcoming and positive and explained NACD thoroughly. Interesting interview because you learned a lot about Corporate Governance and the intricacies of the organization. Standard questions about why you are interested in the position and what questions you had about NACD. Recommend researching about the society extensively to extend conversation and put yourself out there.

It was a three step process. The first step was a phone call. Then the second step was come to the office and speak to whom directly you will be working with. Last step was I had an interview l with the entire group and they all interviews me.

Very thorough. Very engaging. Very welcoming. They interviewed me on the phone after I was referred to them by someone associated with the company. They then invited me to come to DC to meet the team, interview with the senior players one-on-one. It was onsite in DC and was a VERY full day of interviews.

The company is full of very bright employees dedicated to their mission to assist and improve the performance of Corporate and Nonprofit Board functioning and culture. It was a very warm corporate culture that seemed eager to accept and bring new members into the fold. There is clearly a culture of high achievement, an expectation for stellar performance and an eagerness to meet that expectation. People appear to work hard and support one another. It was a very healthy, dedicated, smart and "good vibe" feel during the interviews.

Phone interview for about 15-20 mins. Then 2 in-person interview at the Washington dc offices, over a 2 week period. Standard process nothing unusual employment questions, ambitions, experience, how do you do in different scenarios etc.
