Mu sigma interview process is with 4 rounds as Technical 1 &2,Manager and HR rounds. This position is for Front End Developer. So completely the interview was based on javascript skill not particularly on any frameworks/libraries. As a frontend developer we should be strong in javascript.

USELESS COMPANY... DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME GIVING INTERVIEW HERE. THEY DON'T DESERVE IT.

Process started at 9 am in the morning. They had called everyone on a weekday. First round consisted of 30 MCQ questions on core java and SQL to be done in 30 minutes. It was very easy to crack. People who scored more than 16 or 18(not sure) were called for the technical round.
Then I had second round as F2F interview. There were two people who were taking the interview. They asked me questions related to SQL only(though the interview was for Java developer). I answered almost all the questions and was selected for the next round. Interviews themselves were confused while asking the questions.

After that I had second technical F2F interview. There I was asked questions about my project, few Java related questions and time complexity for a code I had written.

Then I went for the managerial round where I was asked 2 puzzles and some general questions about Current project.

It was 7 pm in the evening and then I was told that HR will Contact me the next day.

After few days HR contacted me and told me that I was definitely selected but my position was put on hold as that position was filled internally by some other person of the company. I was like WTF. Why did you conduct the interview then. Wasted one full weekday on which I had to apply a leave in my current Company.

I will recommend not to waste time by giving interviews in such useless companies. Moreover they don't pay a good compensation also. I had a very bad experience. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WASTE TIME FOR SUCH A CREEPY COMPANY.

    Vorstellungsgespräch

Interview Process was smooth was asked MSBI questions. Please do not waste a candidate time. If you are not able to give expected salary then why the hell you call people for interview process. Moreover if you select a candidate by agreeing on expected salary before the interview process they why the hell you negotiate when you release offer letter. Do not spread bad impression of your company.

Suggestion: Call the person for interview if your are capable of giving expected salary. Totally disappointed with the mu sigma

    Hi all,
I got notification from a job posting site for an opening in MuSigma. As my friend was already working there, he referred me. A HR guy called me and asked whether I could take up the interview the immediate Saturday. The call was on Wednesday. I said OK.
    On the interview day,
    1. Round 1 - Aptitude, Reasoning and Statistics (Total 20 questions to be done in 25 mins) (With negative marking)
    2. Round 2 - You will be given a question and would be asked to write a program for the same. Try to write an efficient program. (30 minutes)
    3. Round 3 - F2F technical round with one person. It was like a rapid fire round. Once you answer, either you would be asked the next question or you have to write the code for what you answered. It was good and bit tough as I didn't have any preparation. (40 mins)
    4. Round 4 - 2nd F2F technical round. I had this interview with two cool guys who interacted very well and were jovial. In this round, they ask about the code you wrote in Round 2 and some general questions. (40 mins)
    5. Round 5 - This was with the Innovation head who reports to the CEO. A fantastic, hyper active person. He checks how well you have your focus on your career, whether you know why you are there for the interview, etc. (30 mins)
    6. Round 6 - Video synthesis round like they have for BA interviews. Good for me, as I had seen that video on Facebook already. ;) (15 mins)

Overall, a long interview process with people who had a very deep knowledge in what they work. The HR person who was coordinating us was really cool and provided a good support. These rounds were scheduled in the same day but for negotiation of the salary and final offer, it took nearly a month.

Yeah you can negotiate. But once they offer you something after negotiation, take it as the company is worth it.
