Multiple interviews, interviewed even after they checked my references. At the very first interview the OM was advised of what my salary requirement, the firm proceeded to interview me twice thereafter, I did receive an offer but it was significantly lower than what my required amount was, so I declined offer. There were four skills test, which I feel is insulting with a college graduate with an experienced work history. The interviewing process was difficult due to the amount of times they wished to interview me. My overall opinion was they're just looking for a warm body to fill an open position because the individual that offered the position was not negotiating and almost insulting.

Very rude woman, who showed up late, had the wrong paperwork and proceeded to sit down with a box of tissues and sneeze and cough all over the place. She should have stayed home. First question was how much did I want? I answered with what was reasonable and on par with the market rate for the area. She frowned. I should have got up and left at that point. The experience left a bad impression and if this is how candidates are treated, this isn't a place I want to work. Oh, and thanks for the cold too.

Initially, I was excited because I received a call from the HR dept immediately after I applied for the position online. However, the entire process became lengthy. After the brief telephone interview, I was asked to come in for a testing interview. The appointment was within a week and I passed the administrative tests. The HR rep was very personable and friendly. Later that day I was called to come back for a panel interview. This interview consisted of 3 people from the legal department. This panel interview lasted for approx. 2 hours. Each person took turns asking me about my experiences, strengths and weaknesses. Afterwards, I was called back for a brief 3rd interview with the Lead Counsel. After meeting him I was given a short tour of the firm. I eventually waited 3 to 4 months for a decision on whether I would be hired or not. The friendly HR rep called to let me know that the job was given to someone else. She also informed me that I was a strong contender and they liked that I had plenty of legal experience, but they decided to go with someone who had more managing experience.

Went through two rounds of interviews on two separate occasions. First round was with the hiring partner, the second round was with a few managing partners from multiple offices in the area. Reviews after the second interview were glowing yet months later, e-mails were still not responded to.

Overall, good experience with no call back offer. I would say come prepared with all materials and good to go. The interview was conducted at a university campus.

Sent thanks you.....waited another week before contacting to see if they had made any decisions on who they would invite back for second interview. Was told they were still conducting interviews and I would hear back if they planned on inviting me for second interview.

Received an email for interview, came and met with three associates and lasted about a half hour. Interview was at their office in a boardroom setting. Very nice and cordial.
