smooth and easy. there will be many interviews. the first is behavioral. the second is technical. the rest will be general interviews. each interview with different employee and they respond fast after each intereview.

Recruiter asked for availability , set up a time and didnt turn up for the call . I waited the entire call duration in case she was late. I emailed asking if she wanted to reschedule . Got a reply next asking for availability again. No apologies for ghosting the call . I gave my availability again and never heard back

I spoke, they listened. Two interviews, both remote. I was not asked anything technical, which seemed odd for a position that paid so well. I did do a very good job (in my opinion) of elaborating on my skill sets without prodding. Having said that, I got an offer but I did not get a job. I signed a piece of paper with a fantastic salary on it, but there was no start date. One day turned in to two, then months slipped by, all the while they promised I would be starting as soon as some budget situation was figured out, or as soon as some HR process was completed. After FOUR MONTHS they admitted they ran out of money and my position along with any other unfulfilled position was to be kicked down the road, possibly forever. I hope Magic Leap is successful, as I am a South Floridian and I root for the home team. They certainly could have been more professional with me. I almost lost my existing job, believing I had this new position starting any day.

Applied through their website and got a recruiter call in Toronto. I told him that I am not willing to move to Florida and he disappeared after telling me they will arrange a tech screen. All their job postings (which is alot) here in Toronto are a lie. They are simply trolling for resumes through fake, possibly bate and switch job postings.

Applied online. Got a noreply email confirming receipt of my application. Got another noreply email at 1:30AM rejecting me. Doesn't seem like a human even viewed my application. Don't waste your time applying through their jobs page.

Interview process consisted of a series of Google Hangouts with members of the team from various offices, and then they flew me in for full day on-site interview in Plantation.

It was long process. It involved phone screens and on-site interviews. They use google hangouts for phone screens. You talk to manager, team members and senior engineers. The interviewers were friendly. the recruiter kept me informed.

40 mins phone interview. No specific tech question. Just some behavior questions. At last, the HR asked me "How to calculate distance between two lines in space". And make sure that position requirement.

A project manager contacted me about a software position. We had a very positive phone talk (not technical). After that they have just cut contact - no positive/negative response or anything. Very unprofessional.
