The interview process consisted of initial screening/qualifying interview with the corporate HR team. The following step was to interview with the hiring manager. Third step was the multiple person interview (not a panel interview), that consisted of 2 - 3 hour window interviewing with three different team members from Lighthouse. Each of the three interviews were approximately 45 minutes during that window. The last step was a quick follow up with the hiring manager to discuss timeline and interview thoughts. The entire interview process took about 5 - 6 weeks.

1st round = HR screener interview
2nd round = Interview with product manager (~1.5 hours)
3rd round = Dev team lead for the product, agile coach, VP (1 hour each).

Generally, the process was efficient and straightforward. The HR person was responsive and helpful. Everyone was engaging, candid, conversational, and professional.

The primary discouraging issue is I didn't find out until the final interview that experience with several specific technologies was required. These technologies were not mentioned in the job application, nor were they mentioned or alluded to by anyone before the final VP interview.

the staff & members come across as very knowledgeable people in regards to their product and how they go about working within their respected industry but when it comes to the interview process they could use some work. I had a total of 5 interviews including the 15-20 min conversation I had with their recruiter. which took about a month to complete. I felt that 5 was pretty excessive and comes across as they didn't really know what they were looking for when it comes to the position. the first 4 were pretty laid back and asked typical questions that are requested for this role ( previous metrics, ote) but the 5th and final was more aggressive which threw me off they asked for more technical questions and requested previous criteria that weren't mentioned in the earlier rounds. it shouldn't take 5 rounds for them to figure out if a potential employee has what they're looking for as it's a waste of time for both parties. in the end, I did follow up with both the recruiter and another sales member that I interviewed with to see what the status was or if I could receive feedback and unfortunately was ghosted and wasn't even given a rejection letter or any type of notification. it definitely comes across as they don't have respect or lack common courtesy to even notify their prospects especially to someone who did 5 rounds.

Through out the process the scheduling, the feedback and all the communication was intact and made the process quick and comfortable. Overall it was well organized and the complete process just took two weeks.

The entire interview process took about a month and went smoothly. Great communication throughout. An internal recruiter from Lighthouse reached out to me via LinkedIn. We had a conversation over the phone. She was able to talk about the position at length and in-depth, which I appreciated from a recruiter. Later that week I had a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. About 1.5 weeks later I had various panel interviews with teams or individuals I would be working with on a daily basis. I appreciated talking with so many people from the business to gain an understanding of the culture and team. I received an offer a few days later.

After initially connecting with the Lighthouse recruiting team, I was scheduled for a 1:1 conversation with a member of Lighthouse leadership to learn more about the available role and company. Shortly following this call, I was contacted again by a Lighthouse recruiter who swiftly scheduled a series of follow-up interviews with others among the company's leadership and product teams.

From start to finish, my experience in the recruitment process with Lighthouse was exemplary; I felt prepared for each call and appreciated the engaged, thoughtful 1:1 conversations in the fuller interview process.

A remote screening interview with a Senior Director, followed by 2.5 hour interview with team Managers and Vice President. The process was seamless and interviewers were well prepared, professional and interested in learning more about my background.

The interview process at Lighthouse went exactly as outlined by their internal recruiter(s), which led to incredible experience from start to finish. The VP that I will be reporting to was also very transparent throughout the entire process, where I stood and when a decision was going to be made. On a scale of 1-10, it was a 12!!
