Vorstellungsgespräch

I was contacted by LeanIX talent acquisition member on LinkedIn. We agreed on 30-minutes introduction call via Zoom, the most used communication app during Covid times. It went very smooth, HR asked about my motivation to join LeanIX, my professional background and guided through hiring process. I got positive feedback after this talk and in a matter of couple of days line manager contacted me to schedule next interview. It was 1 hour, I was asked more detailed questions on my background , and we discussed some real business challenges, which finance department was facing and my proposals for solving them. After completing this stage, in couple of days I had 30 minutes talk with CFO. Then I was asked to wait 1 week for the feedback due to ongoing interviewing process with other candidates and vacation time. In 1 week I got the call from HR, asking me to come to Bonn office to face to face interview. So I had in a row 1 hour talk with the line manager and 30 minutes with CFO. There I also got couple of tests in Excel. In the end of interviews, I got the jod offer, which I accepted with pleasure! After visiting the office and talking to future colleagues, I had no doubts in accepting it. The office has great location with nice view from windows, very modern design and warm and creative atmosphere, which makes you feel like at home and motivates to do the best. The colleagues are extremely nice and helpful in every situation, I even got an office tour before the interview started
