      Completely unprofessional, ghosted me after I spent 2 hours on their online test and got perfect score.

      I applied online and they shared the link for a 2 hour technical assessment. I finished all parts of the online test and had perfect scores for all questions. 10 days after the finishing the test, I contacted HR about my application since there was no response. She did not respond and it seems they have ghosted me.

      After spending 2 hours for a test, they don't have the decency to acknowledge my email and simply ignore me. Complete waste of candidate's time and would suggest other to avoid this company like a plague.

We do get an extremely large number of applications and given our enormous growth and the size of our Talent team, as well as all the other teams involved in hiring, we are trying as best as we can. It is very difficult for us to go back to every candidate who applied, however, we try to provide feedback to candidates who engage further with us, for instance by completing a practical assessment. In this case, we can only apologise and make sure we take measures so that we improve our candidate experience in the future.

      These assessments and applications take HOURS to complete properly. Bit rude.

      HR Reruiting is probably the best I've seen in the Aerospace industry. Really says a lot about how fast the conpany moves and how efficient it is.

      The application process was absolute rubbish. I applied while the role was advertised on LinkedIn and Isar Aerospace's website. I only got a confirmation all my documents went through and never heard anything again. As I was really interested in the role I contacted two Talent Acquisition people on LinkedIn, asking what was going on. Only one of them was bothered to reply, with no excuses but only stating the role was 'closed' and they didn't need anyone else for the time being, with no further explanation. Disrespectful.

      Hi there. Due to the high interest in our company, we cannot reply to all applications. If we take you to further stages i.e. interview, then we will reply with feedback. We do get hundreds of applications for a job, and many of them are not very relevant, unfortunately. In fact, a lot of candidates do not even read the requirements set in the advert, hence we cannot reply to everyone. All our adverts also state that if you have not heard within 2-4 weeks, your application has been unsuccessful. Good luck in your job search.

      They sent me a simple WPF task.
      I done everything as good as I can (10+ years experience). Clean and nice code.
      As the result, they just sent me a standard response "unfortunately have decided to move forward with other candidates".
      I asked to give me a very brief description of my mistakes.
      But then they sent me the same standard response again.
      They don't appreciate candidates time.

      Hi Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, we cannot give detailed feedback to all of our candidates. If we were to do so, our hiring team would need to increase by a factor of 100, due to the high interest in our positions. We do review all of the applications though, and we do get back to the ones who are successful and go on to an interview stage. The tests are also a very useful way of filtering candidates for our roles. It works well on both sides. Best
