I applied online and received an e mail from HR 3 months later to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview went great which lead to an in-person interview a week later. In-person interview went well and I was told I would be contacted for a third interview, within the next week. Two weeks went by and I didn't hear anything, so I emailed HR and followed up. The response was that they weren't finished with the first round of interviews and that they should be wrapping it up within the next week. I let two more weeks go by without hearing anything, so I e mailed the person I interviewed with, and did not get a response back. In the meantime, a friend of mine applied for the same position, and within a week, they e mailed her a rejection response. This whole application and interview process dragged out for 2 months without any kind of professional communication from Inpro. I had heard a lot of good things about Inpro, but unfortunately, I wasn't given a chance to find out.

The process is a series of interviews, mainly 3 over Skype with HR personnell, then Direct Supervisor, then the VP of Sales and Other Top Leadership. There was a final in-person interview held at the corporate headquarters that was completely paid for by Inpro (room, airfare etc). It was an incredible experience to meet other employees, and see the company culture thriving through excited and dedicated people. The entire process was full of honest, courteous, and informative meetings. Every question you may have is answered and it’s comfortable atmosphere. No one is trying to trip you up. They want you to be a great fit as much as you do. By far this was the most thorough and pleasant interviewing experience I have ever had.

A few days after applying online, I received a nice email asking for available dates to schedule an interview. That interview was the next day, and over the following six days I had two interviews through Skype and was flown to the main office for two in person interviews and to meet the Inside Reps. The entire process was fast paced and exciting! I was so impressed by how smoothly it all went and how nice everyone was. None of the interviews were scripted and everyone was friendly, honest, and approachable. This has been one of the best interview experiences I've had.

I found Inpro through a staffing service who directed me to this position. I had one interview over the phone, and I came in for a face-to-face interview for about 30 minutes-1 hour.

Applied for position through a coworker. HR called shortly after that in order to set up an interview.
Interview with HR was mostly a personality/info check. I got a call back shortly after for an interview with Estimating manager which more closely analyzed my skill set. I got a call back a week later with the offer at which point I accepted the offer.

Prescreen interview by phone with HR; personal interview with HR and VP Sales/Marketing. Interviewers were competent, long term employees. Networking and research indicates they are very progressive and on leading edge of selling/marketing to architects and commercial/institutional buyers. Very sensitive to protecting and maintaining thier culture. Privately held company. I heard VP Sales/Marketing may become next minority owner.

Interview consisted of a screening interview via Skype which oddly enough ended up not working on there end (no video). Progressed onto a face to face two weeks later which went well, but was not notified of the one hour time constraint until time was up. During the face to face I was under the impression that there were issues about this company that the hiring manager was not willing to discuss.

At the end of the interview, I was told that they would be contacting me in three weeks for the next phase. It has been over five weeks now, and have not heard a reply back after repeated attempts to get an update to their decision. Very unprofessional interview.
