After clearing all the rounds the HR offered CTC lesser than my current CTC. Which company does that?? They should have informed about compensation before asking for all the documents. So, whoever is applying to be very clear about the compensation offered. All the reviews related to Infosys BPM is true.

Interview went pretty well. The main point is to have a nice conversation with the interviewer, they only look for people who have good communication skills. If you have basic knowledge on OOPS, DBMS it is enough.
