    Vorstellungsgespräch

    Before the interview, I was asked to fill out a form on basic information and answer an essay type questionnaire (questions included how would you fit into the IT industry and why they should hire me). I recommend applicants to go 30-45 mins before the scheduled interview to answer the essay ahead. The interviewer was very friendly and professional. Since I am still an undergraduate, he asked the subjects I was taking up and how I am able to maintain my grades while being active in a student organization. Standard job interview questions were also asked such as "where do you see yourself in 5 years?", "How are you an asset to the company?", and "What do you expect from the position you are applying for?". Researching on the clients of the company seemed to impress the interviewer since he expounded more on it.

    Ich habe mich über eine Hochschule oder Universität beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte mehr als 3 Monate. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im November 2010 bei Indra (Madrid (Spanien)).

    Vorstellungsgespräch

    The selection process started with a company presentation at campus (Autumn 2010). Detailed explanation of the current job postings followed by a Q&A session. Very receptive and friendly people.
    Later on, a group of colleagues and me were selected for a numerical/English/skills computer based test (aprox. 2 hours) with a take-home brief case study presentation to deliver to HR (24h deadline).
    The next step was a HR interview with one Indra employee. Very nice attitude and CV focused, we discussed every item. The interview was bilingual (English and Spanish), and was about 40min.
    The final candidates were called into a final interview with Indra Directors and talk with them about our expectations, some questions about our background, our previous work experience, and related to Indra as well (ie. why do you want to work here, in which area, and so on). Then, a job offer was made to the ones selected. By the end of 2010 Indra communicate me the decision and made a job offer.
