Had 3 interviews and they were very well structured and felt that there was mutual interest. However, after my last interview, I never heard back from anyone. Reached out to the recruiter multiple times and was ghosted. Even though the recruiter said to me if I have any questions I can reach out. If you are not going to hire someone at least let them know as a professional courtesy.

It was horrible. They asked me a bunch of clinical questions that caught me off guard and I completely blanked. I had prepared for interpersonal questions not clinical questions and it was just really overwhelming.

I am a New Grad RN. The questions were harder than any other interviews I had. They asked about rules and policies, and the usual why this hospital, why this unit.

The phone interview process was very smooth! They asked behavioral questions and things that will help them get to know you better! You just need to be yourself and let me know why they need to hire you.

I applied for a new grad position and received 2 interviews back to back 3 weeks later. I felt very comfortable with each interview. A lot of questions each interview was about 20-30 minutes long.

The interview process was quite pleasant. Everyone I encountered from the recruiter to the hiring manager was very friendly and pleasant, which really calmed my nerves during the interview. I left the interview excited to be a part of the organization.

Prescreening interview takes place with other Medthodist hospitals. Prescreening interview felt like a conversation and asked basic questions. Recruiter was nice and said that she would contact in 1-2 weeks.

Smooth and stress free. I was interviewed by the director of the unit that i currently work on. She was impressed by my resume, drive and skill set.

HR recruiter at Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston Texas, contacted me and started by asking me a few questions of my educational background and professional experience. Then the recruiter scheduled a phone interview with the Director of nursing and Nurse manager of the unit I applied for. I am all the way in Canada and a phone interview was best at the time. The phone interview was scheduled for the next week since they contacted me on a Friday. I got called for the interview 7 mins after the time it was scheduled. I was ready. The questions were challenging and hard (the scenario questions) the interview was 50 mins long. The director and nurse manager taking turns to ask questions.
