Vorstellungsgespräch

I was contacted by their recruiting team for a phone interview. After being told that I might be better suited for their Coordinator position (having 8 years of experience) I played phone tag with my POC until I heard from HR that she would like to set up a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. I spoke with the HM and had a lovely conversation and was told next steps were to decide a time for me to meet with the team. For three weeks following, I had to reach out multiple times for an update on status until finally the third time was a charm and I received a short voicemail indicating they had decided to go with other candidates.
