Nice conversation with the intern supervisor for this role, learned about their responsibilities and also my responsibilities in this role. Was a multi-stage process with personality assessment, recorded interview, and finally live interview.

Pretty straight forward, and enjoyable. Applied online, waited for about 2 month. Then online interviewed with the Engineering team manager and a senior engineer, most questions focus on relevant experience and skills. Got verbal offer the day after interview.

20 mins phone interview with from Mississauga. Informal, very nice, started with talking about weather, then went through the resume, introducde the company culture and how it works and booked the next around interview for next week at the end

Pretty standard interview process with behavioural based questions. As a new grad some questions about what classes I enjoyed and why. Had one interview in person and then a meeting for coffee with potential coworkers.

Went over resume, asked specific details about implementation. We talked about about the specific group I was joining and the responsibilities I would have. Asked mostly personality and fit questions.

There was an email setting up an interview 2 weeks after my application. I got a call the next day saying I got the offer. Then waited a week to get my official offer.

It was an online video call. Regional manager did not show up at interview, instead I had 2 other interviewers. I was asked to talk about my activities, academics, and AutoCAD projects. At the end I was asked to summarize all the skills I would be bringing into the position.

First I was tested with General intelligence Test and a personality test. Then I had to do a text response question and a video response. Next I had a phone screening with the lead scientist, and did a coding challenge task for them.

It went well, very few questions. I was asked to speak a little about myself and then a few questions based off my resume and transcripts. I was also asked about the most challenging part of my degree. The interview wasn't long at all, maximum 20 mins.

It was relatively fast, with a prescreening and two rounds of interviews. The reference check was arduous, according to my references. HR was responsive, helpful, and made the process quite enjoyable. Overall it didn't take long - about three weeks.
