      Its a lengthy process, but a very comprehensive one. There is a behavioral phone interview, followed by Quantitative online test, than Qualitative online test, followed by a day long assessment center comprising of 2 case studies, one technical presentation, one people management interview and one behavioral interview. This is followed by a face to face interview with 4 site directors. Which is followed by an interview by one site director at site who is interested in hiring you

      Applied online, and got an email within 24 hr with a link s to submit an online the world of GSK assessment in 7 days.

      Full videos about actual GSK world and how you would answer to the specific conditions what is given in the video.
      The entire process supposed to take 45 min- 1 hr based on their info, and it is not timed, however, it took more than 3 hours. this was echoed later in the process by other candidates. I enjoyed this step.

      the next stage was a video interview, consisting of maths (basic but practise) (not timed but has been in previous years), couple of recorded answers and one section on written answers.

      I then waited about 3-4 weeks and was invited to the assessment centre. This was half a day but very intense. consisted of mini exercises, a group task and a strengths assessment. This was difficult as they do not give any interaction during these tasks. This meant the interview felt quite stiff and not a realistic representation of real life, which the other stages are very good at doing. This is to make the process fair but think it has its downsides.

      I think one thing that could be improved is the corporate feel of the emails. Even having attended the assessment centre, the contact thereafter is not personal and is in the style of the previous emails. The commitment to feedback is good however.

      The whole process is quite long compared to similar schemes.
