    Initial phone screen with a recruiter, and then other interviews followed with several people from the location you are applying to. I am reluctant to call them interviews as everyone I had talked to were extremely friendly and conversational. Not once did I feel a sense of hostility from the process. I almost felt like they were my future coworkers. In addition, the recruiter was there every step of the way to communicate my progress. I was interviewing in the midst of the Covid transitions and thought they adapted very quickly.

    HR Phone Screen followed by in person with 5 people for an hour each. Behavioral questions focused on their guiding principles. If interviewing with them, I suggest you relate all your experiences to those principles and your experience.

    Worst part is they flew me out to interview and never responded to say they selected another candidate. Bad form GP

    Behavioral based interview- when I arrived they put me in a conference room with the other applicant. One person came to get the other applicant, then they came and got me. I interviewed with 2 people, then sent back to the conference room and was then interviewed by 2 different people. All the questions were situational, I had to give an example of a time I experienced the situation they brought up. I was there for about an hour. I researched behavioral based interviews and practiced. I was called the next day with a job offer. I then scheduled a date for my drug test, went in and completed the mouth swab test and began work the following week
