Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 3 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Juni 2020 bei GEICO (Lakeland, FL (Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)).

I applied online and received an email a couple of days later for the multi tasking test. Relax, focus and you will do fine. Next I received an invite for q phone interview. Spoke to an Hr lady who ask me some behavioral questions. If you pass that you will be told to set up an role play interview which was online due to the virus. Read, read, and read. Everything you need to say is on the screen! If you pass that you will get set up for an online interview with the hiring manager! Good luck! You got this!

The interview was all remote due to covid. Phone call interview and a zoom call interview. Simple questions, dress business casual for the zoom call interview, the background check process was the hardest part. You must also be drug free as they do a hair sample test after your job offer

It was a very long interview with multiple different tests and a variety use cases. They also make you shadow the workers. While doing that they told me not to work there.

It was 20 min phone interview. Mostly question about my resume. What is my major? What is my GPA? Why do I want to work for GEICO. Never heard from them after.

It was great! Very typical questions. The person I interviewed with was very nice and discussed my answers in great detail. Overall a very good experience and would recommend to anyone trying to get some professional experience.

Interview process was a long one with huge breaks in between. First applied on the website, then there was an assessment along with a questionnaire. After there was a phone interview.

Over the phone interview then in person interview with two members of the team. Also during the in person interview is a computer based test dealing with customer service responses.

I had an initial screening call, which went well. I was invited in for an in-person interview.

Scheduling the interview was difficult. There was not a lot communication from the recruiter, and after silence for over a week, I was given an interview time on short notice.

The interview process was normal, with a few in-person interviews and a computer-based exercise. When it came to lunch, no one in the department could decide who to take me, and it was obvious that no one wanted to make time.

I heard back via a standard email several weeks later that I had not been selected.

it was overall fine. I enjoyed the interview, and would do it again. Some people may not like it because experiences vary, but my experience was good. I would recommend at least applying.

Took an assessment which was fast paced, got selected for a phone interview, thought the phone interview went fine but wasn't selected. She asked me a lot of standard interview questions.
