3 interviews; 1 phone and 2 Skyped. First interview with HR rep. Second with same HR rep on Skype and 3rd was branch manager and a district manager. The questions were pretty basic. I was nervous giving that I had to endure 3 interviews but in all honesty they were really nice.

Fairly straightfoward review of internship process and what will happen afterwards. Didn't ask many questions about my experiences or was fully interested in who I was. Tried to push in my personal experiences but it didn't lead to much in conversation.

I was contacted for an interview 2 days applying for position in Dallas. First interview was with the HR Manager, Mrs. Cooper. She was informative, made me feel relaxed, interview was more conversation oriented, & I felt she liked her job and Frost. It’s refreshing to talk to HR person who is a real person and not a robot. I met with the manager and was interested in meeting me thru video (covid) and seems to walk what they talk. I was contacted by HR Manager to let me know they are placing job on hold until after first of year. It was refreshing to get a call personally and not a rejection form letter. It’s nice to see the HR manager and other employees give an applicant the personal touch and take time to treat me like a human and not a number. I didn’t get the job but the best rejection I have had in my job search.

Waste of my time !! Don't waste your time interviewing with FROST , this company will waste your time interviewing you when they know they have someone pre-selected for this position. The HR person kept emphasizing they're a conservative bank like who cares whats the point . PS I also think that the HR person was a racist just my conclusion, I am highly qualified for the role I interviewed for and have worked at several financial institutions in similar roles.

Interview started good, but felt like I was judged for being younger. All my questions to the interviewers were shot down and they did not let me speak. I felt awful after the interview.

The day after I applied I received a phone call from Human Resources. I was asked to do a phone interview the following morning (COVID-19). HR first talked about the position, then asked me interview questions, and then I had an opportunity to ask them questions. Standard.
