Fragen im Vorstellungsgespräch bei Freudenberg Sealing Technologies

Very thoughtful and detailed interview making sure both general skill set as well as academic background fit the position. Interviewed by department head and HR-representative simultaneously in a one and a half hour session after having multiple telephone interviews.

Had an initial interview on campus. Invited back to an on-site interview to meet the team and see facility. The initial interview was with the manager, nothing too hard. The on site interview I spoke with a manufacturing engineer, design engineer, the manager, and an HR representative.

Brief phone interview and 1 week later I got on-site. Another week later on-site with several other managers. Technical questions were not too difficult. They were all nice and friendly.

Ca. 2 bis 3 Wochen nach Eingang meiner Bewerbung wurde ich zum Vorstellungsgespräch in Weinheim eingeladen. Die Atmosphäre war sehr freundlich. Anwesend war eine Vertreterin aus der Personalabteilung und ein Vertreter der Fachabteilung. Zunächst wurde das Unternehmen vorgestellt und dann sollte ich mich relativ frei Vorstellen (Also kein "abarbeiten" von Fragen) . Anschließend ging es dann um die Stelle an sich und welche Aufgaben genau zu erledigen sind. Die Antwort auf das Gespräch kam dann innerhalb einer Woche.

After an online application, I got an email with a bunch of questions to answer. After few days, I got a phone call from the US office, and set an interview time. I visited the site (Tillsonburg, ON), and had an interview with two people (HR and plant operation). After the interview, I sent a follow-up letter twice: the day after the interview and two weeks after. However, I did not get any response from them.

The interview was on my previous experience in a machine workshop. It was only the HR who conducted the interview with me. I was given a for where I filled my previous work experience. Within a short time the interview ended. I was then told to go and do the medical test at a specific clinic. The following week, I resumed for the job.

There was no actual interview with the employer, the whole interviewing process was done through an employment agency. The interview consisted of an explanation of what the job was going to be, this was done as a group of 8 to 10 people. After everyone agreed to understanding the requirements we were all asked to fill out a brief informal competency test. There were few direct questions asked and most of the questions were asked by the group to the interviewers.

Applied through university. Engineers came to school and asked your normal interview questions. Very laid back and relaxed. After receiving an offer, they offered a plant tour. They sometimes will do interviews over the phone instead of onsite interviews.

I submitted my resume through a college career website and received a response within 48 hours. The HR person let me know ahead of time who I would be interviewing with which was useful to get some background information. The interview took almost 2 hours to meet with the three people who are responsible for the hiring decisions.

Started with a test provided from the company, testing Math and English skills. The tests is one of those test that is very difficult to finish on time if even all of the questions were correct. Afterward I was given a tour around and spoke with different department heads about the company.
