The first interview covered typical competency questions, and at times the questions required you to think of a specific situation so it was important to be prepared and recall quickly.
The second interview was very commercial and required knowledge of business terminology.

Half-day assessment centre, including a one hour competency-based interview with two partners, and another one hour commercial awareness based interview with two different partners. Also a written exercise that includes reading an email and correcting the mistakes, and then responding in part to another email.

Telephone interview followed by a written test and an interview with team leader. Nice interviewer, very relaxed environment and interview (interviewer in jeans!) for what I thought was a corporate job/environment. Unfortunately very, very slow HR process.

Came in to meet with the hiring manager. Chatted for an hour. Job was then taken away as was told was offered internally, but then they came back to me a month later saying that hadn't worked out. Came back in to meet Director of a support function and HR rep. Came back in again to meet two partners. Came back in again to meet team.
