I scheduled a phone interview with a recruiter, who cancelled 30 minutes before the interview. They emailed me suggesting a new date and time and I replied stating that the new time worked for me. I asked if they would be sending a new invitation or if I should schedule the new time for them. The recruiter never replied and was a no-show for the call. I emailed again, at which point the recruiter said I need to reschedule time with them. I'm not sure why it's my responsibility to manage your calendar, especially when you needed to cancel and asked me about a specific new time, but fine. I rescheduled. The recruiter cancelled the second rescheduled phone interview about an hour before, saying that the hiring manager was no longer considering applications for the interview. Overall the process was disorganized and frustrating. I won't be wasting time with Forrester again.

Ageist, hypocritical and lack of best practice!! Hiring manager asked me during the interview how old I was. I am pretty sure it's illegal to ask the interviewee how old they are. The whole process really dragged on and was surprisingly inefficient/slow. I got to the final round - after five one on one interviews - where I had to do a presentation for a panel. There were 7 people on the panel. At the end of my presentation, I was told they will get back to me on that day (Thursday) or the next (Friday). On Tuesday of the following week, I still had not heard back so I followed up. "oh yes, sorry for reverting so late, you didn't get the job." After this lengthy and inefficient process, they didn't have the decency and manners to tell me straight away that I did not get the job? I had to chase them up, seriously?? I had turned down another job for this. smh The feedback on my presentation was that the panel found me "very emotional" (huh??) and "very mature" (again - huh??). Apparently they concluded that I could do the job but they did not think I could cope emotionally. What a joke! I was annoyed about having to chase them on a reply, after 8 weeks of letting this tedious process drag on and with no concern and consideration for my time and effort. So the least thing I can do is share how badly my application was handled. They were ageist, hypocritical and lacked best practice and manners. I do not understand how Forrester have such good ratings on here.

After a fairly standard screening call, the recruiter promised to get in touch the following week to arrange another interview with the hiring team. He failed to honour his word. I followed up with an email, with no response. Ghosting is common practice in today's world, but doing so after defining the next steps is unprofessional.

Forrester contacted me via one of there senior recruiters Kristina. I had a great time interviewing with all the members of the team that I would work for. The interview process consisted of: - a screening interview with the recruiter -a phone interview with the Hiring manager - a quick assessment to follow -another follow up interview with the Hiring Manager -then an interview with the team (usually 3 hours long), will usually focus on behavioral questions Forrester's whole process was professional and courteous. And having a dedicated recruiter made a difficult series of successive interviews easier. The whole cast at Forrester was one of the most dedicated and passionate employees I have seen. From senior managers to new professionals. I thoroughly enjoyed the process.

After submitting my resume to Forrester I was contacted fairly quickly by their Talent Acquisition Specialist. We set up a time and date to speak briefly via email. After speaking with the specialist, she thought I might be better suited for another position. We then set up two days of interviews with the various departments I would be working with. The TAS was very helpful in assisting me in preparation for the interviews and was very transparent throughout the hiring process.

Initial contact was with an awesome recruiter, which advanced to a 3 part WebX interview with my direct supervisor, a lateral supervisor and the department director. They were all very professional and personable. I could feel their energy, enthusiasm, positivity and loyalty to the company. I enjoyed the whole process. It was a 3-Step Interview Process: Step 1: You speak with Kristina, Forrester's Recruiter, who is extremely helpful in breaking down everything from Job Role, Interview Process, Compensation Expectations, etc...She is beyond knowledgebale and a pleasure to talk with! Step 2: If everything goes well, You will have a follow up call with a C-Level Manager, more in-depth interview where they dig deeper in who you are, your past experiences, what it is you are looking for out of a position, etc..Extremely friendly, imofrmative on the company itself as well as the position (plus growth opportunties), etc. Very straight forward and no B.S... Step 3: You will meet with two additional Team Members to get a full understanding of what it is like day to day, get a better understanding of the work environment & what expectations are of you. It is great to be able to speak with someone who recently was in your position to pick their brain and get an honest breakdown of the job and a closer look at what it takes to be successful at Forrester. Overall: The interview process was not only swift, but extremely informative and a great way to get a glimpse of the culture Forrester provides. Meeting the people and forming those immediate connections played a huge factor in my decision when it came to choosing Forrester.

Lengthy process, but seemingly well worth it. Interview process flowed pretty well, where you - began with the recruiter over the phone for about 30 minutes - then another 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. - A short "exam" where you answer 4-5 questions similar to what you would be doing for work. - Lastly you talk with the team you would be working with. I interviewed with 2 directors, 3 analysts and 4 other research associates of various levels. This took 4 days in total of roughly 1 hour sessions and one final 30 minute one.

The interview process at Forrester is the smoothest, most communicative process I've ever experienced. I submitted my application online and received an email from Kristina (who is fantastic) for a phone interview the next day. Below is a quick recap of the process: -30-minute screener phone call -30-minute phone interview with research director -30-minute exercise (no prep required) - Another 30-minute call with a VP from a different team -Final Round: Three 30-minute video interviews with analysts on the team The total interview process took just under 3 weeks, and I received my offer by the middle of the next week (within 3.5 weeks from applying). There are many hoops to jump through, but they are totally worth it, as Forrester is a dream to work for. As an additional bonus, each interviewer is so incredibly kind. Such a great experience!
