Ich habe mich über eine Vermittlungsagentur beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte mehr als 4 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im September 2017 bei Flaregames (Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg).

Vorstellungsgespräch

I was reached out by an external headhunter and proceeded from 4 more different interviews over sessions in 3-4 weeks. It was smooth, insightful and meaningful. Questions I received during were relevant to what I do today, and they were not generic. Instead we had small conversations around my past listed on my CV.

After on, I came by to Karlsruhe, all of the costs from flight to accommodation was covered by Flaregames and I had 2 days of interview, starting from explaining who I am to the team, to presenting a case study at the end of 2 days.
