Our Financial Advisors coach clients to become financially disciplined and confident in their pursuit of financial security by addressing the spectrum of financial issues they face.       Virtual one on one interview with site director that started conversational and turned into what felt like a sales pitch for full-life insurance. Reminiscent of a multi-level marketing scheme, but at least the site director was friendly and personable.

The Director promised to call me within a week with an update, saying "I know what it's like to be in the field looking for a job." It's been several weeks now and I haven't heard back at all. That tells me all I need to know.

      Phone call, then a zoom interview (currently quarantined). Call was great, regular interview questions. “Tell me about yourself”. “Describe one time in your life where you handled adversity and had to remain positive.” Then they have a detailed layout on the steps to become an advisor.

      Phone and in-person interview. Whole thing was a waste of time and almost made me want to invoice them for the cost of gas used to get to their office. They asked me questions about experience that was clearly listed on my resume (which I answered readily and even went more into depth) and nothing more then sent me a rejection email the next day. There is no excuse for them bringing people in without reading their resume, I have no interest in looking at them for any other roles in the future.

      Face to face interview— I was told they would need to meet with my husband “to see if he has any questions”, during the interview I was asked How I would handle being a mom while working full time. I was asked if I would be ok not tucking my children into bed at night if I had to work late. The recruiter also wanted me to meet with another FA to see how much of my own money I’d be bringing into the company. Pay is very low, practically no benefits. I chose not to continue with the application process.

      Met the district manager at a networking event and I got a call after few days. The interview was more of an informational session. The manager trying to explain the process of becoming a financial adviser and their compensation (which took a lot of time because it is kinda complicated)
