I got rejected with one email that was not signed by anyone. When I ask for feedback no one replied. I understand companies cannot send a personalized email to everyone, but I honestly think it's quite rude not to even answer the email when someone is asking something. Cost nothing to be nice to people.

I applied online after seeing the job ad on indeed. I got a response quite quickly with an invitation for an interview with the recruiter. The interview was approximately 45minutes long and the last 15 minutes were a case study related to the position. I was surprised how quickly I got a follow-up from the recruiter and an invitation to the second interview, which also lasted about 45 minutes. I was made an offer on the same day.

* Brief introduction call to understand the company and the role.
* This was followed by a take-home assignment.
* The HR did not answer my questions regarding the assignment. With no reply, I decided to mention my assumptions about the given data.
* Got rejected within a day of assignment submission without any feedback. It doesn't cost to be nice and responsive.

The recruitment process at eye/o was the best process I've ever had and shout out to Dorte, the recruiter, for that. Everything went very smoothly and everyone was truly interested in how I am as a human, rather than a professional.
I had 4 interviews:
1. Screening - expectations, my experience, etc.
2. Interview with the direct manager - more like a conversation with a friend that I really enjoyed
3. Technical interview - mostly what campaign did I work on, channels I've used, KPIs, and so on
4. Final cultural fit with 2 VPs - how do I like to work, why eye/o, what are my future plans, what do I like to do, etc.

It never felt like I am being interviewed and everyone was very empathetic. They read my Resume word by word and even my Medium articles, which was very nice of them.

- Take home assignment, flexible amount of time to finish it
- Technical follow up interview about the assignment and other topics
- Behavioral interview with PM and CTO

Calls were all between an hour and an hour and a half. The offer was difficult to turn down as it seemed like a positive place to be.

They seem to vanish between two interview rounds for weeks, and since my last round with them was almost a month ago, I'd say that there'll be no continuation, but nobody can be sure since they've never got back to me even though they've made a point of explaining to me that they would.

Quite a quick, web-based process. Four stages: initial webcam interview with the manager and the recruiter, a skills test, a talk with two key stakeholders about culture and values, and a final interview with two senior managers/C-Level staff.

Despite the number of steps, it all went pretty quickly, taking around a month from start to finish. At every stage, the recruiters were incredibly helpful, polite, and clear (shout out to Harry and Sophia here).

There could have been a little more clarity earlier in the process over what happens when you start (i.e. the long onboarding process, which can mean two weeks away in Cologne), but that is the only criticism I have.

Otherwise - and I mean this completely truly and honestly - it was the most enjoyable interview process I have had, focusing on a lot of topics relating to you as a human being, rather than as a robot. I actually enjoyed and looked forward to the interviews and meeting more of the team.

1. Received an initial e-mail and was asked to fill in a calendar for possible interview dates. Did that but for some reason a random date was chosen and it was set for 2 weeks later.
2. At the date and time of the interview (via Skype) nobody was on the call. Waited long enough and after I sent the HR a message he told me how he messed up because of the different time zones (???).
3. Interview was postponed again for another week.
4. Before the interview I received a generic e-mail which informed me I wasn't a fit and they would go on with other candidates.

So basically they dragged me along for a whole month and did not even give me the opportunity to be interviewed.

I've worked for and interviewed from tiny and giant companies but was never treated so poorly and with so much disrespect.

They use their own language but don't bother to help you understand their doc.
Don't work there, if it's start like that, I can't imagine how it is as an employee and they seem to pay really bad.

1) Skype with HR. Without any stress, "so, tell me about yourself".
2) Case Study.
3) Tech Skype interview. Background, my old projects, it was more about experience and Case Study clarification without tricky questions. No coding, no sorting, no trees and other theoretical questions.
