    Initial communication with a very friendly and professional recruiter. Once I presented interest, the interview process was very quick and timely, even despite a reschedule. Interview process consisted for three 1h 15m meetings in review of portfolio and contextual design challenges. Interviewers were very friendly and laid back—didn’t feel judged at all. Great conversations and great people.

      The process included six interviews in total. The first was a screening performed by a member of the recruiting team. The next five interviews were meeting with various members of the design, engineering and product teams to determine if I was a good fit. All interviews were conducted via Zoom.

      I had a initial video call with a recruiter, who told me about the details of different roles, how they work, and the interview process.
      A week later I had my first video interview with a team lead of one of their design teams.
      After that, I waited for weeks but heard nothing back from the recruiter. The recruiter didn't reply my follow-up emails at all and I had no idea what's going on.
      It's the worst interview process that I have ever in my life.

      Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte mehr als 3 Monate. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im März 2019 bei Elastic (Paris (Frankreich)).

      One of the longest recruitment processes I have ever followed, that made me waste a long time. After 4 months, I'm still waiting for the rejection email.

      The process I followed:

      1 phone interview with recruiter
      1 zoom call with a Designer
      1 zoom call with a two designers - live design test included
      1 zoom call with another Designer

      After completing all these interviews, all in times that would suit the US team - calls around 9 in the night for European time - meeting all the team, being told all the time that the feedback of the team was good, I have the feeling the last designer didn't feel the same and they decided to stop the process.

      Being this is absolutely legit, the problem comes the moment the company stops following up my candidature and forgets completely to notify me they won't continue the process with me, which is really severe, if we have in mind the +4h I already spent on interviews with the team.
