Video interview, Tests und dann persönliches Gespräch mit zwei Managern (ca 2h). Unangenehme Gesprächssituation und man wurde als Bewerber sehr unter Druck gesetzt. Frist zur Rückmeldung wurde nicht eingehalten und Email und Anrufe wurden ignoriert. Rückmeldung dann doch letztendlich eine Woche nach vereinbartem Zeitpunkt ohne Entschuldigung und vorgeschobenen Ausreden.

Erst über einen Personaler, dann persönlich in Köln. Nette Atmosphäre, wenig fachlicher Austausch. Eigene Vorstellung, dann Vorstellung des Unternehmens. Darauf folgte die Vorstellung der Stelle und den Anforderungen. Wenig wurde auf die Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten eingengangen.

I applied online and was contacted by HR a week later. Phone interview was then set up for the following week - so in total the process took 2 weeks. Standard interview questions were asked and I given more details about the graduate programme.

The interview process consisted of a brief phone screen, a phone interview, and a virtual internship day. The internship day included one informational session, one individual interview, and one group exercise.

A lot of electronic paperwork to read through and only had one in person interview. Had about two to three phone calls from recruitment and several email correspondences. The process was fast paced and standard.

There was an online HireVue interview, a small phone-call interview, a flight to Chicago for an interview day. There were about 30 other people interviewing for different positions, but only about 9 for supply chain.

Applied online. Got an email back saying that I would proceed to the HireVue recorded interview. They asked straightforward behavioral questions and ended with a case assessment (10min to prepare and 5 min recorded to present findings). Following that, I did 3 math/brain teaser games

I applied the job on the Dyson website, and get the first round of interview with a few weeks. I was contacted by HR first and had a phone interview with the direct supervisor of the position. The interview lasted for half and hour and the conversation went well. The HR later had a follow-up with me about my availability and possible next steps. However, I was never contacted by the team for further information or received a decline letter.

I applied to this job in August. It's currently November and I have no idea if I got the job. My HR contact cancelled my first round interview two times. On two occasions, I was asked to give my availability for a particular week for a phone call or interview and after providing that info, I didn't receive a response until the week after. HR is terrible at getting back to you. They take MONTHS to complete one interview process. On my final round interview, one of my interviewers didn't show up. I was also at the office for my final round interview from 11:00 to 2:00 and was given no food for lunch. Finally, they sent a 'case project' to complete prior to my interview. They sent it on Friday at 6:05 PM and expected me to return it on the following Monday at 11:00 AM. There were many unprofessional moments in my experience with Dyson and WOULD NOT recommend even applying to a job here. I can't imagine what it's like to deal with these disjointed processes internally.

Process started with a phone screen with HR rep, followed by 1:1 with HR leader, followed by 1:1 with Hiring Manager, culminating in two panel interviews sandwiched within 3 hours, after traveling to site. During this interview Dyson advised I was one of two finalists. Two weeks later, after inquiring, I was advised that "XXXX would like to express his appreciation, but we have decided to go with another candidate". No follow-up from decision makers, no response to detailed feedback request. If you are a serious leader, interested in a decisive organization, Dyson NA is probably not it. The few items I suggested as low-hanging fruit have still not been addressed.
