I met two different people one was the recruiter the other was a manger both interviews went smooth. Manage who interviewed me was very laid back therefore she asked very simple questions. Company motto is family so be yourself they want to make sure you fit their family environment.

Interview process was normal. No overbearingly hard questions and didn't feel like I had to really jog my memory on past projects. Felt that the interview was appropriate for my skill level aswell as agreeing on the project I would be tasked with.

Questions were generally about one's skills and one's passion about the job. If you are knowledgeable and passionate, the interview itself should not be extraordinarily difficult. Many of the questions asked were questions that are commonly asked in many interviews. Expect a mix of "describe your skill set and projects" and "tell me about yourself" type questions.

Initial communication was pleasant and easy, the recruiter was very helpful about setting up a time to conduct the interview. The interview itself was ok. Reasonable questions asked by the interviewers and it was clear they wanted to know about the candidates knowledge in marketing/market analysis. In the end my experience in that area was not enough to be hired but I still found the interview to be fair and a good experience.

I handed a recruiter my resume at a career fair at my university and was contacted a couple months later about the opportunity. They scheduled a preliminary phone interview with me for screening. I was then notified that they wanted to do a Skype interview. They provided me with helpful tips on how to be successful in the interview which really was a great thing. After the interview they let me know by the next week that I got the job.

As I did not have much prior experience in that role. we mainly talked about the company values and overall knowledge of company. They talk about your resume with you and might ask you some questions about it

I submitted my application online and received an email from the recruiter a couple of weeks after, asking to write a couple of paragraphs of why I was interested in the position and why I was a good fit (sort of like a cover letter). I then had a phone call with the recruiter, which led to a phone call with the person in charge of immigration at the company to discuss visa options (I am not a US citizen). Then I was contacted for a Skype interview with the hiring manager, followed by an on-site interview about 1.5 months later.

The on-site interview consisted of a dinner with the hiring manager and several others from the R&D team followed by an all-day interview at the company the next day.

The interview started at 8:00am and ended around 4:15pm. I first met with the recruiter, which showed me around the corporate headquarters. We then drove to Cassin Ranch where the labs are. I met the hiring manager and he gave me a tour of the lab, followed by my presentation to the R&D team, with a Q&A session. The scientists had very interesting questions and I felt very comfortable talking to them. I have had a very bad experience during interview presentations were scientists have been very arrogant in their questions, but with Driscoll's I very much enjoyed the presentation and discussion. Following the presentation I had the first panel interview, followed by the lunch with more of the scientists, and then two more panel interviews. After the panel interviews, I met with the hiring manager and then had a wrap-up with the recruiter.

2.5 weeks later I was contacted by the recruiter to let me know that they had decided to go with the other candidate which had more experience with the required techniques.

The whole process took around 4 months since the recruiter reached out to me and I heard their decision. Everyone at the company was great! They are all very passionate scientists and they were all great to meet. I was disappointed I was not given the opportunity to work for them, but I very much enjoyed learning more about the company and its values of passion, humility and trustworthy.

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and we set up a phone call to discuss an open research scientist role. After being introduced to the role, I was encouraged to submit a cover letter and resume (emphasis on the cover letter). After a couple phone calls with another recruiter and a hiring manager, I was scheduled for an on-site interview in Watsonville, 2.5 months after submitting my materials.

The on-site interview was excellent, and left a great impression on me. I had a full-day on-site interview preceded by a dinner with the hiring managers the night before. The morning of the interview consisted of a meet & greet period in the communal kitchen, followed by my research presentation to a contingent of researchers and technicians. I had 3 rounds of small group (2-3 people) interviews (situational-based questions), including a tour of the research facilities with the hiring managers. The research group also came together to share lunch, general discussion, and berry tasting during the noon hour. The interview wrapped up with a debriefing & tour of the corporate offices by one of the recruiters.

I was contacted about 2 weeks later to be informed I was going to be offered the position. The written offer was presented that week, which I was excited to accept!

A very very long process with many, many people to meet. Had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, then 6 on-site interviews (that's right 6!!!!) before an offer was made. They will not negotiate salary on profit sharing points with lower level offers.
