Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 2 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Januar 2015 bei Bullhorn (Boston, MA (Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika)).

Vorstellungsgespräch

Applied for an Alliance Manager role. Initial step in the process was a phone screen with an internal recruiter. Seemed to be a good match, however the pay scale for the role was at rock bottom of market rate. Directed to take an online personality and aptitude test. (Note: Bullhorn will not share the results of the test, explain how the results are used to evaluate a candidate for a given role, or is restricted from sharing results with a third party.) A week later received an auto generated rejection e-mail.

All in all, a very impersonal process. If you're seeking an interview experience that treats candidates with a human touch, I wouldn't recommend applying at Bullhorn.

Our assessments let us to assess candidates for thinking style, ability to learn, and personality. This allows us to consider "fit" between candidates like you and our culture. It is one of many factors we consider as we move people through the process. Whatever the outcome of the process we would like you to know we appreciate you as a candidate and that you are interviewing us as much as we are interviewing you. The touch point should not have been an automated response and we will make sure that doesn't happen moving forward.
