Was invited for an interview after my application form with a TA manager. Following this there was another interview with a manager. The interviews were fairly informal and relaxed. Questions about my own skills/experience and interest in the company. Good to demonstrate an interest in social listening/marketing.

I recently went through a comprehensive two-week interview process that included two rounds of interviews with two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In the initial stages, we had a productive discussion about my qualifications and my motivation for the role. However, during the mock sales call segment, I noticed that the SDRs were quite critical of my performance, despite what I felt was a well-handled response to objections in the mock call. Their feedback, unfortunately, was disheartening and, at times, came across as unprofessional. While constructive criticism is valuable, the manner in which the feedback was delivered raised concerns. The SDRs even questioned why I had applied for the role, which left me with the impression that they might have had preconceived notions about me based on my prior employment history. They even suggested that sales might not be the right fit for me. I'm now taking the time to reflect on this experience to determine if there are any lessons I can glean from the feedback. However, it is essential that interviewers maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with candidates. Constructive feedback can be given in a respectful and fair manner, and it is crucial to ensure that interviewers are unbiased in their assessments of candidates.

Scheduled time with the interviewer and they did not show up. No replies to 3 follow-up emails either. As candidates, we invest very seriously in interviews and sometimes even make arrangements to put our kids into care. So for an interviewer to not show up is inconsiderate and inappropriate.

The interview process was easy, I had an HR round first, then a 45 minutes interview with the hiring manager. Lastly I had to prepare a case study (one of my previous projects) to share. Since they asked for a previous experience, it was quite easy and quick to put a presentation together. After my 15 mins presentation, the interviewers were asking clarifying questions. The whole process was easy and quick, although as I had the final interview, I was waiting if I got a job offer or not. They haven't reached out with a rejection by themselves. I had to reach out to them asking for an update. It's one thing to ghost a candidate without having any interviews, but it's another ghosting someone who is waiting on a job offer from you.. Come on...

1st interview was with with Talent. The 2nd round was a panel interview with two team leads. Really nice and laid back. Had a test call which was unexpected. All done via video call.

Three interview rounds, the first stage was a short recruiter screen, then a 30 minute one-on-one with one senior member of the insights team. After the one-on-one, there was a dataset sent over to analyze and write a report on. Once they look at it, there was a final panel interview with 5 members of the team where they ask you to present the insights from the dataset. Overall, the experience was positive until several weeks passed and I heard nothing back from the recruiter despite multiple follow ups on the hiring decision.

Phone Screening (30min) Techno Managerial (1.5h) Assignment Discussion round(2.5h) As already many people described and also the reviews of the company shows it's a third class company. They will give you 10 days to build an assignment which is actually something they want to build in their system. Even if you do 100% of it that doesn't matter. You will be ghosted by HR after the final round once all your rounds are done and they have their Product Functionality (assignment) done by you. If you just want interview experience or waste your a month of time to get ghosted at the end sure you can try else it's a big red flag.
