2 person interview. Very friendly interviewees with potential team members included in interviewing you which i was impressed by as it lends to the culture of the organisation overall. Interview was just under and hour in length.

Vorstellungsgespräch

There was 4 stages to the hiring process. An online physcometric test. A face to face interview with HR and a member of the team. A 1 hour phone interview which involved answering as many question as possible using the star method. The last stage was another face to face interview with a different member of HR and the group manager .

The interview process went quite well, both interviewers where extremely welcoming and gave an excellent overview of the role. Also, They required a presentation based on study case. However, the interview took place over 5 weeks ago and despite multiple attends to ascertain feedback I have not received this. I understand that you are not always successful in a process. However, common courtesy would dictate that you would follow up with a candidate.
