It was very casual and not intimidating. First, I had a phone screen with the hiring manager. Second he took me to lunch at a nice place and spent 90 minute with me. Finally, I had a quick follow up call to make sure I was the right fit. Overall pretty easy and seamless

 First round: It was a Skype call in which HR discussed the role, my resume, and gave a short presentation about the company.

Second round: A technical telephonic interview.

I must say that the employees at Avetta are extremely helpful. HR is one the best HR I have seen in my job search phase. I would have loved to join this company, but I received another offer before going ahead with the process.

Phone interview followed by in person. Questions were pretty straight-forward. Interview was not very lengthy. Most of the questions were related to job skills applied for. Other than those, behavioral questions were included to see how the candidate works with other team members

You receive a short email for an "interview" but when you get there, they don't really ask you much except about your availability. They obviously don't spend any time looking at your resume otherwise I wouldn't have been called in and wasted time there. You also take a math test and if they are thinking about hiring you, then you sit there and listen to your "interviewer" skim through manual and you fill out some paperwork.

I would say unless you have very open availability, don't bother applying. Also, I think a remedial class in professionalism and communication skills needs to be made just for this company.

It was the most effective and efficient interview I've ever had. I was referred by The Creative Group and received a phone interview about four hours after being notified of the job opening. During the phone interview with the hiring manager, I was asked about my qualifications, concepts, and skills.

From there, I received an on-site the next day to meet the hiring manager to discuss further the roles and responsibilities for the job. It was about one hour and a chance for me to ask any questions or concerns I had.

I was then called back in for a group panel interview as well as an interview with one of the executive staff. From there, I felt the team dynamic and the company's culture / goals on where they want to be in the next few years. I was confident that this was the organization I wanted to be a part of and to grow with this dynamic company.

Had phone interview and the supervisor said it went well that they would like to set up a second interview for later that same week. When it came time to interview, they never called. I reached out to them and was unable to reach them so I left a message. I received an email the next day stating that they had gone in a different direction. I am fine if they didn't want to move forward with my application, but don't set up a second interview and then not show up; it's extremely unprofessional.

Quick! They were informative and decisive. They knew what they were looking for, and seemed to act quickly when they found it! I was not the right fit for them, but I appreciated the constant contact with the recruiting firm they use. There were 2 people conducting the interview, and they both took turns asking questions.

Many questions about different aspects of safety and elements of specific written programs that I would be responsible for auditing. I even had to pick apart an OSHA 300 log and 300A to find incorrect entries or missing data. It gave me a great opportunity to understand what I was getting…
